Therapist, MA, LPCC

My Approach

I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in both individual and group settings dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, social skills, identity issues, and relational issues. I use a variety of therapy frameworks to best fit your situation including person-centered, attachment theory, play therapy techniques, and other creative therapeutic methods.

  • -The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk

-Codependent No More by Melody Beattie

-Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor E. Frankl

  • When we love a person, we accept him or her exactly as is: the lovely with the unlovely, the strong with the fearful, the true mixed in with the façade, and of course, the only way we can do it is by accepting ourselves that way.
